First: create an account or LOG in

ONE - Choose your community
Type your community name in search bar at top right and click Go. If your community is not yet listed - Let us know and we’ll add it promptly.
TWO - Post your information
On menu, click "Clubs & Organizations". Then click the red tab "List your club for free " and post your information.
Save time managing your group and increase your exposure.
Use us with facebook and twitter - Support your existing facebook and twitter accounts using our share button. Our group page will help you reach those not in your facebook circle and increase your google ranking. It will also keep your social media accounts up to date. Do this by posting with us first - then click the "Tell a friend " button on the menu and share your post to all your accounts.
FREE GROUP POSTERS: In many cases we can provide ready to print posters to promote your group for you to place in and around your community such as community centres. Please contact us with this request.
FREE ADVERTISING: Post an ad in Craigslist with a link to your community guide group page or event.
TIPS to help us find you sponsors.
Increasing your membership will help attract sponsors for your club. Small is ok too....small groups that are active in the community or help promote us are just as eligible to receive funding.
We love groups that help promote us. To steal a quote from the movie, Jerry Maguire “Help me – help you!”
When we have a sponsor for your group. We contact you and post your sponsor's logo on your group page.
Be ready to show what the money is for. We do NOT audit you. But do want to be certain our sponsors are supporting legitimate organizations.
Who's eligible? Pretty much all non-profit clubs, teams, group or organization.
Example of who is eligible:
School or local youth sports teams
Organizations that help support single moms
Organizations that helps our children get active
Community projects such as: building a community garden or cleaning up a bad area.
Non-profits
Block watch
Residents associations
Example of who is not:
Commercial business
Anything that may be deemed inappropriate or unethical
Political parties - ( not eligible for sponsorships but may use our free group section )
Illegal activity
**Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee everyone will receive money. We can tell you that the more involvement we get from your community the better our chances of helping as many as we can.**
