Blue Ocean Trading INC. in Burnaby, BC Seeks a F/T Retail Trade Supervisor.
Duties:
1. Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff
2. Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
3. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints
4. Maintain specified inventory
5. Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matter
6. Train and arrange for the training of new sales staff
7. Training sales staff to provide customers about information how to store and care for merchandise which need to special care.
8. Research the tendency of customers in Korean Market who want to purchase fresh seafood and locally-produced ethnic vegetables sourced directly from Korea.
9. Sell merchandise such as specific fresh Korean seafood and locally-produced ethnic vegetables sourced directly from Korea.

Completion of Secondary School
2~3 years related experience
Fluency in Korean and Proficiency in English
$15~18 per hour/ 37.5 hours per week
